I’m Terri Bailey and I’m passionate about helping organisations build high-performing teams that truly deliver.

Over the last 30 years, I’ve worked with leadership teams across organisations including Virgin Holidays, Virgin Atlantic, ebookers and OneFamily. In senior roles such as HR & OD Director and Group HR Director, I saw first-hand what makes teams succeed and what holds them back.

What’s always stood out to me is this: you can have a strong strategy, but if your leaders and teams aren’t aligned, performance suffers.

That’s where I come in.

Today, I work with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, helping them strengthen leadership capability, improve how their teams operate, and create cultures where people perform at their best.

I take the time to really understand what’s going on, how your teams are working, where the challenges are, and what’s getting in the way of performance. From there, I focus on practical, straightforward solutions that make a real difference day-to-day.
